Autumn happiness in Holzgau: A little dream round in the Lechtal

 

When autumn brings the Lech Valley to warm golden hues, we take a wonderful short hike.

 

Start relaxed on the Vitalweg

The walk begins on the picturesque Vitalweg. After a short time you reach the forest bathing area:

Here, cozy hammocks swing between the trees – the perfect opportunity for a quick break amidst the rustling autumn leaves 😉

 

Fearless over the suspension bridge

Freshly energized, we continue towards the impressive suspension bridge. The view from over 110 meters above the ground down into the autumn-colored Höhenbach Gorge is breathtaking every time again.

 

Sipping autumn sun at "Lusthäuschen"

After the small thrill, we continue towards the gazebo. The observation pavilion offers a fantastic panorama of the valley. On the sunbed available, we take a long rest and enjoy the warm autumn sun on our faces.

 

Back home via the ski lift

The path back leads through the sunny ski resort. With breathtaking views of the Lüftlmalerei painting in the village, we stroll leisurely back down to Holzgau.

 

Bottom line: A simple, about two-hour (with many breaks) round of pure enjoyment, views, and a pure autumn idyll!
